About the Performers
The Dolphin Ukulele Ensemble: Kids deliver fun strummin' music that spans the ages and celebrates the ukulele revival!
The Cape Cod Ukeladies started 2 years ago as a jam group with people of any ability welcome. The members were new to playing ukulele and just wanted to have fun playing and singing. Most played other instruments such as fiddle, cello, guitar and banjo before taking up the ukulele. We still try to meet monthly as the entire group which now includes men, but now have a smaller group that is performance oriented.
The Steve Gregory Household w/ Catie Flynn Plus 2: Steve Gregory, CCFTA's Ukulele Orchestra Series of classes founder, is joined on stage by family and friends in a mash up of ukulele, voices, percussion and popular song. Ukulele prodigy Vanessa Gregory, her equally talented sister Sarah, Steve's wife Joni, and popular Lower Cape singer / songwriter Catie Flynn will provide the ukulele and vocal shenanigans while Andrew Fietek (bass guitar, sousaphone) and Shawn Malcomson (percussion) fill out the rhythm section. They will be performing tunes by Ingrid Michelson, Plain White T's, CeeLo Green, Stevie Wonder and original songs.Song Charts
