If your phone gets "stuck" or won't respond, follow these steps:  For most android phones, just take the battery out if everything else fails (power button doesn't do anything).  For iPhones / iPod / iPad:   HOLD the power button down, and HOLD the home button (at bottom), and don't let go until the lights go out.   You may have to hold both buttons for 15 seconds or longer.

On iPhone, once you open the URL use the "arrow coming out of box" icon, and "Add to Home Screen" and Save to directly start the mobile app.   Takes some time to start, be patient and enjoy the picture of the tshirt.
